Every year “Glamour” celebrates Women of the Year by paying tribute to courageous and inspiring women who are changing the world. This year the magazine features First Lady Michelle Obama on the cover, accompanied by an interview with new Glamour monthly columnist Katie Couric in which they discuss the importance of role models and mentoring the next generation.
