While I personally don’t gravitate towards films which dramatize illness — why not just make a documentary on the subject? — I find the real-life efforts of John Crowley inspiring.

In the meantime, I have my eye on CBS Films and their inaugural feature; next up (I think) from the company is The Back-Up Plan, the artificial insemination rom-com (what a mouthful!) starring J-Lo-Wah-Wah and Alex O’Loughlin (boing!).
