Union Miles Development announces new retail development Miles Point Crossing is a $6.3 million dollar redevelopment of 6.64 acres at East 131st and Miles Roads. This new retail center will be
LEED certified. The site is currently being cleared of six vacant and deteriorated buildings and a municipal parking lot. When completed, the 26,000 square feet of new retail space will
include a bank branch. Anchor businesses on the site are Miles Supermarket and Northeast
Ohio Neighborhood Health Services Center.
