Monique Greene, the first woman who accused Nelly of rape and then dropped her case after refusing to work with local police, is now seeking an injunction against the rapper, asking a judge to demand he stops assaulting women.

According to TMZ, Greene claims the 43-year-old rapper has a plot to sexually assault women adding he preys on “beautiful women of color” with “beautiful faces and curvy figures” at his concerts.

Greene further claims it’s a group effort with his entourage, who invite targeted women backstage. Greene added that Nelly would finally begin masturbating “with the expectation that presenting himself would entitle him to sexual gratification and that the women were drawn to and could not resist his penis.”

However, Greene says if the women do not willing partake, he allegedly “sexually accosts and assaults her.”
Green also said that she’s in contact with two other women who share similar stories. The new filing comes weeks after Greene sued the rapper for sexual assault and defamation.

Nelly, whose real name is Cornell Iral Haynes Jr., has announced plans to restore his reputation and pursue legal action against Greene.

Nelly was arrested in a Walmart parking lot in Seattle, Washington, where Greene, 22, claims he raped her moments before she called the police.

The criminal case against Nelly was dropped when the nightclub hostess decided not to go ahead with pursuing charges but she is suing him in civil court.

In her lawsuit, Greene described how on the night of October 6, 2017, she was working at the nightclub as a hostess when Nelly was performing.

According to Greene, Nelly asked her back to his tour bus for an after party. Once they were in the venue, they went into his bedroom, and Green claims that Nelly began masturbating then had oral and vaginal sex against her will.

She claimed Nelly refused to wear protection despite her pleading with him.

After the alleged attack, Greene was thrown off the bus by a member of Nelly’s entourage, adding that Nelly then threw a $100 bill at her and harassed her as she tried to call an Uber. That is when she dialed 911. It was 3.40am. Nelly got released from custody without charge not long afterward.

However, Nelly has vehemently denied the accusations.

‘I am confident; once this scurrilous accusation is thoroughly investigated, there will be no charges. Nelly is prepared to address and pursue all legal avenues to redress any damage caused by this false allegation,’ his lawyer said in a statement at the time.

Nelly has since threatened to file his lawsuit against Greene for slander. The rapper’s girlfriend Shantel Jackson is unperturbed by the allegations and is standing by him.
