She’s baaack!

Omarosa Manigualt-Newman is stirring up controversy once again — claiming in her new book that President Trump showed a “real and serious” mental decline during her time working in the White House.

“Many didn’t notice it as keenly as I did because I knew him way back when,” writes Manigault-Newman in an excerpt obtained by the Daily Mail.

“They thought Trump was being Trump, off the cuff.”

Manigault-Newman, 44, had a bitter break-up with the Trump administration last year after being brought in to serve on the White House communications team.

The former “Apprentice” contestant claims in her new book — “Unhinged: An Insider’s Account of the Trump White House” — that she first noticed the president’s “mental decline” while watching his 2017 interview with Lester Holt, in which he admitted to questioning former FBI head James Comey in private about whether he was being investigated for alleged ties to Russia.

“While watching the interview I realized that something real and serious was going on in Donald’s brain,” Manigault-Newman says. “His mental decline could not be denied.”

Trump had told Holt about two separate sit-downs he had with Comey about the Russia probe, and at one point, said he was planning on firing Comey. This contradicted previous claims made by White House officials, who said a Justice Department recommendation had prompted the decision.

“Throughout this erratic and contradictory interview, I kept thinking, ‘Oh no! Oh no! This is bad!” says Manigault-Newman. “Donald rambled. He spoke gibberish. He contradicted himself from one sentence to the next. ”

The former reality star claims Hope Hicks, then communications director, went over the briefing with Trump “a dozen times, hitting the key point that he had fired Comey based on the recommendation by the DOJ, which the vice president and other surrogates had been reinforcing for days.” However, the president chose to go a different route.

“I know I’m not under investigation,” Trump said during the interview, noting how he “actually asked [Comey].”

“I said, if it’s possible would you let me know, am I under investigation? He said, ‘You are not under investigation,’” the president recalled.

Manigault-Newman was fired in December following reports of a dispute with Chief of Staff John Kelly. White House sources later claimed that the former communications director for the Office of Public Liaison had to be physically removed from the White House by security.
